AIM is a high school and community-focused organization that hosts an annual charity golf outing to raise support for its students and programs. For the 2025 event, Sagenverse provided a donated interactive exhibit space that allowed AIM to publish a lasting digital record of the day. The project transformed a one-time fundraiser into an experience that could be revisited, shared, and expanded year after year.

The Challenge

AIM wanted to solve several common event challenges:

The Solution

Sagenverse built and published an interactive gallery experience designed around the outing:

  • Created a custom virtual golf clubhouse with AIM branding and school information

  • Posted event photography the same day for immediate sharing

  • Enabled guest photo uploads so participants could add moments from the course

  • Linked directly to sponsor websites as a bonus benefit for supporters

  • Included donation links to extend fundraising opportunities beyond the event

  • Built a short guided tour to help guests explore the gallery easily
