Collection View

New with release 2.3.3 is an interactive collection viewer. Perfect for quick reference for your viewers to locate and interact with all of the important items in your collection.

How to use the collection viewer

The collection viewer shows all of the projects interactive artifacts in a scrolling filmstrip view. This view is available when a project is being viewed as a guest (embedded, public link) - it is not currently available in kiosk mode.

Detailed look at the collection viewer

• Users can filter by types of artifacts present in the project

• Users can search the collection for the names of artifacts

• Users can use the interactive film strip menu to browse the contents

• Pressing a thumbnail in the browser will navigate the user to that artifact in the 3D exhibit.

Disabling the collection view when publishing

Some presentations may wish to disable this feature and that is handled on the share menu, where we've added a toggle switch to hide this button when the room is published.

1. Click on share

2. Look for the "show collection" button (on by default)

3. Toggle it off - this will update your public link and embed links as the collection setting is a URL parameter "?collection=false" - so be sure to update any external links you have.
