Particles and Dynamic Lighting effects are a great way to add life and interest to your Sagen. Effects like these can add a level of drama, mystery or atmosphere to your spaces.

To locate the library of Effects and Particles select the category "Effects and Particles" in the Furniture Palette.

Placing Effects:

To add an effect to your scene simply drag it from the furniture palette to the scene. It will automatically add the animated effect to the space. From there you can adjust the look and feel of it by using the Properties Menu.

All of the effects offer a selection sphere to help you grab and place the effect emitter within the space and upon surfaces.  This sphere will not be seen by visitors to your scene.

Dynamic Lights

Spot Lights - Provide a coned beam of light perfect for drawing attention to objects in your space or illuminating the floor, but not the walls.

Point Lights - Omnidirectional light sources (like an unshaded lightbulb) provide a general lighting effect in an area. These are useful for lighting up darker areas of your scene of adding a bit more lighting on one of your room objects.

Use the Properties Menu to modify all of the lighting properties
